FLOATING AIRBNBS - BEHIND THE SCENE INVESTORS TOUR

Tuesday, September 1, 2026 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
The Cove Riverwalk
Port City Marina - 9 Brunswick St. Wilmington, NC 28401

What happens when waterfront property, hospitality and creative real estate come together?

Join us Tuesday, September 1, for an exclusive tour of The Cove’s floating Airbnbs in Wilmington. We’ll step aboard these unique short-term rentals, see how the spaces are designed and operated, and learn what makes guests choose an experience they can’t get from an ordinary hotel or vacation rental.

This is an opportunity for real estate investors and Airbnb hosts to explore a truly unusual hospitality concept and ask questions about construction, permitting, insurance, operations, marketing, maintenance and guest experience.

After the tour, we’ll gather at Bonita’s Restaurant for dinner and/or drinks, conversation and networking. Food and beverages will be purchased individually.

Tuesday, September 1
Tour begins: 6 pm
