Join us for this month’s NCREIA Main Meeting, where we’ll analyze one real property using multiple exit strategies—including wholesaling, flipping, and rent-by-the-room—to show how different approaches can lead to very different results.

This numbers-driven session will help you understand how experienced investors evaluate deals and choose the right strategy. You’ll also have time to network with local investors and share deals at the Deal Table.

Free for members and first-time guests.

**To present or promote deals you must be an active NCREIA member and must be personally involved in the deal.**

A light meal is provided - First Come, First Serve.
