Winnie’s Bio: Winnie Beach is a North Carolina–based Certified Public Accountant who has been in private practice since 1990. She specializes in tax planning and compliance for real estate investors, lenders, and landlords, bringing decades of industry-specific expertise to her work. As a busy real estate investor herself, Winnie is not currently accepting new clients.
