Battle Of The Investors
It's all about the exit strategy! You've found the property, now it's time to evaluate all of the different exit strategies. Should you rehab it? You can make a nice profit, but it's a lot of work. Should you wholesale it? Should you keep it? If you keep it would it make a great Short, Mid or Long Term Rental?
Decisions, Decisions, Decisions!!!!
There are so many possibilities to explore.
This month's meeting we will bring in two experienced investors to discuss the benefits and challenges of flipping verses keeping the property.
