Bio: Taryn Dixon started in short term rentals back in 2021. She scaled using the arbitrage method to eight properties within a year and a half and was able to leave her corporate job by the end of 2022. She began Valestia Properties, a cohosting service for short term rentals, in 2023 and now manages over 20 properties that span across 2 states and 5 markets.
