A to Z - How To Become A Money Lender

Wednesday, February 1, 2023 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Virtual ONLINE Event

A private money  or hard money loan is typically a loan that is given to a real estate investor to purchase and rehab a distressed  property.  The investment is secured by the property purchased and in the case of a rehab, in as little as 3-6 months the lender  will receive their initial investment back, plus a  significant return.  Typically this is 4 or 5 times the rates you can get on  bank CD’s and other traditional investment plans.

Essentially,  money lending is your opportunity to become the bank, reaping the profits just like  a bank would. It’s a great way to generate cash flow and produce a predictable income stream - while  at the same time, provide excellent security and safety for your principle investment. There is no other  investment vehicle like it.

This meeting will be a deep dive into how to become a lender - it's about as passive as it gets.

The meeting will be hosted online at Zoom.com The meeting link will be emailed to you upon pre-registration - RETAIN THIS EMAIL! Please note, download Zoom on your device of choice, register for your free account and test your device for audio/camera/microphone capabilities.

VERY IMPORTANT!!   Just like checking in at our in-person meetings, to enable us to check you in for the meeting your Zoom name must match your NCREIA account name - we need both first and last name to identify you.
