Mark Munson brings 15 years of financial and sales experience to CapSource and oversees all financial functions, strategies and activities. Prior to co-founding CapSource, Mark started his career in real estate and the legal field by working with one of the largest Florida based law firms focusing on aiding clients facing foreclosures, short sales, bankruptcy, and loan modifications during the housing bubble. He continued his career by owning and operating a retail arbitrage company for 7 years before moving into the public sector as CFO of a Fire Department, EMS, and EMA working alongside the Chairman of the Georgia Firefighter Standards & Training Council. His financial expertise and vast sales experience combined with his sense of stewardship have led to successfully originating hundreds of millions in loans across the country for countless clients.
