with... Steven Ancona

Starting From Scratch Part 2

Tuesday, February 25, 2025 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

There was so much good information covered during the January 28th Investing in Mobile Homes Zoom meeting that Steven Ancona could not get to everything in one night!   So, this is Part TWO of Land Development for Mobile Homes with Steven Ancona.  Steven will go into detail with the checklist to help you navigate the development of MH lots as well as continuing to discuss what to consider BEFORE you buy, location issues, construction and design issues, main concern factors, what to think about, questions to ask when talking to a seller, questions for the building codes/permit/zoning and health depts, utility concerns, water/septic/wells, questions for your attorney, and more!

This meeting is being held in conjunction with Upstate CREIA out of Greenville, SC and is hosted by them. The registration and log in process is exactly the same as the regular NCREIA Zoom meetings.

The meeting will be hosted online at Zoom.com. The meeting link will be emailed to you upon pre-registration - RETAIN THIS EMAIL!

VERY IMPORTANT!! Just like checking in at our in-person meetings, to enable us to check you in for the meeting your Zoom name must match your NCREIA account name - we need both first and last name to identify you.
