We are welcoming Bill Clark back to the Mobile Home Focus Group!   Bill is a local UCREIA member and Volunteer 21+ years!  He has an extensive Investing resume over 40+years. He has been very successful in a variety of investment niches, but MH is his favorite, whether its rentals, lot rent, owner financing, etc.  He's done it all. He is a wealth of information, so don't miss this one.
