Cheryl Gleason is a Certified Property Manager (CRM) she is also an Accredited Real Estate Mentor and Investor with over 30 years of experience in the property management field, Cheryl is the co-founder of Patriot Real Estate Services, LLC. managing over 300 doors in the Fayetteville and surrounding area as well as Sanford, Smithfield, Lillington, Cameron and more, Patriot will soon be joining forces with another well-established reputable management company in the triangle to further our combined reach to over 1000 doors managed while growing our shared resources, manpower and team members to serve our clients.

Cheryl has completed over 500 (five hundred) property flip/turnovers successfully maintaining timeline and profits also minimizing liability to reach our clients common goals. Cheryl obtained her undergraduate degree from Bridgewater State University
and her master’s degree from Bentley University. She also is the organizer and group leader of the North Carolina Real Estate Investors Association in the Fayetteville market which provides education, training, services and opportunities for both the novice and experienced real estate investor, while promoting high standards of ethics and a positive influence in our community.
