After serving honorably as a paratrooper in the 173rd and 82nd Airborne Brigades, Jacob transitioned from the military into business with the same discipline, leadership, and mission-focused mindset that defined his service.

As the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Allora Homes, Jacob has led his team to generate more than $2 million in transactional revenue since the company’s formation. Under his leadership, Allora Homes has expanded into commercial real estate, where the firm now holds a portfolio valued at over $2 million in assets. His experience spans wholesale, fix-and-flip, novation, creative financing, buy-and-hold, and commercial strategies, giving him a comprehensive perspective on today’s real estate investment landscape.
