This month, Lou will celebrate his 20^th anniversary of buying and selling house full-time.  He’s former 13 year Director of Education, Board Member, 2 time Vice President, and President of the Metrolina Real Estate Investor’s Association, formerly the largest REIA in the state.

Lou’s collected around  $500K in civil money judgments in the state of North Carolina that had been written off as uncollectible, as well as completing a whole heap of real estate deals involving liens & judgments.

Tonight he’ll share with you how to effectively collect your own money judgments against your former tenants in the state of NC, and how to use buy houses leveraging liens & judgments on title to multiply your profit.
