She began her manufactured housing journey in 2019 with individual manufactured homes and took the leap into park ownership after recognizing the incredible opportunity in affordable housing.

Today, Amanda owns 250 lots across her parks and has developed a proven approach to finding, purchasing, and forcing appreciation in mobile home communities. Amanda will share her approach to buying & adding value to parks and the key red flags to watch for so you can avoid costly mistakes.

With experience spanning both mobile home park operations and developing manufactured homes on land, Amanda offers a unique insider’s perspective on how to create value at every stage in manufactured housing investments.
