A 1.5-day hands-on workshop designed with the newer real estate investor in mind.

This workshop will combine both classroom and on-site education led by local REI experts. Come learn what you need to look for when considering a property and how to translate that into actual repair costs.

This education is perfect for Wholesalers, Fix & Flippers, Buy & Hold, BRRRR strategists and more. Knowing how to accurately estimate repairs is the cornerstone to a profitable deal.

FRIDAY, September 20th and SATURDAY, September 21st 

Class will start on Friday at 6 PM giving you plenty of time to get off of work and join your fellow investors for small group learning. We will put the training to the test on Saturday from 9-3 when you visit properties led by your group facilitator. The class is designed to be fun, and interactive, in a way that allows you to learn the material and then apply it.

Note: You will need your own transportation to get to the properties. We encourage carpooling as oftentimes neighborhoods are tight!
