This workshop will combine both classroom and on-site education led by Lionel Finley. Come learn what you need to look for when considering a property and how to translate that into actual repair costs.

This education is perfect for Wholesalers, Fix & Flippers, Buy & Hold, BRRRR strategists and more. Knowing how to accurately estimate repairs is the cornerstone to a profitable deal. The class is designed to be fun, and interactive, in a way that allows you to learn the material and then apply it.

Estimating Repairs Workshop – Format Overview

Friday Night – Live on Zoom
Friday night will be held live on Zoom, so there’s no need to fight Friday rush-hour traffic. This session will focus on classroom education and fundamentals, and it will be recorded for registered attendees.  This online meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 pm so log in on time so you do not miss any important information. A zoom link will be forwarded to all class registrants the night before so look for an NCREIA email on Thursday, March 12th.

Saturday – Hands-On + Live Classroom - Students Drive Themselves, Transportation To Properties Not Provided
Saturday is fully hands-on. Participants will walk through real properties and estimate repairs in real time.  At 9:00 am all class registrants meet at their assigned properties for in-person, real time experience estimating repairs.  By 1:00 pm we'll end the day in the classroom at the Woman's Club in Garner for review and Q&A.
