Learn how to accurately estimate repairs for any rehab project.  You'll have an evening in the classroom on Friday, and then on Saturday go to some actual projects to test your knowledge.  Then it's back to the classroom to see how well you did! 

At the end of Saturday, you will have the knowledge you need to confidently estimate your next rehab project.  One participant has told us that his estimate turned out to be more accurate than the actual contractor!
