Her portfolio includes: over 1500 apartment doors, multiple out of state rentals, oil and gas investments, created a cash flow snowball utilizing arbitrage with peer-to-peer lending, Treasury Bill stacking, utilizing self-directed IRAs, and whole life insurance investments. Klarissa figured out how to utilize the tax code to pay ZERO dollars in taxes and can help you on the same path! She specializes in helping getting investors over the hump and shares how she leveraged setting up bank accounts correctly to catapult her wealth building.
Klarissa has a passion for teaching and learning about how to create and maintain wealth. Klarissa thrives knowing that she is helping change the trajectory of agent’s lives by helping them learn how to build wealth for themselves, but also their families. Klarissa can relate with most agents on their struggles of getting started in investing and help them overcome those objections.
