NCREIA is the most sharing group of people I have ever been around.  Everyone wants to help me get a deal done.  It is way more valuable than any book or seminar because people in this group will give you the real low down.  But while the education is great, the networking is even better.  80% of the deals I do involve NCREIA in one day or another.  The speakers, the many meetings, the ability to learn online - I love it all.
